An airport located in Grand Rapids, MI and has been committed to connecting its community to destinations worldwide. The airports brand and wayfinding systems are intended to help guests feel comfortable while traveling with an awe inspiring twist.
Along with rebranding they were also in need of a new wayfinding system. As the airport has expanded in recent years, they have found a need for a more robust system that better distinguishes between different umbrellas of services that the airport provides.
Dive

A mobile application that helps local bars, restaurants and cafés engage with their customers through a digital experience catered to the food service industry. Many small businesses don’t have the resources to create a sufficient online presence to keep even their community informed. Social media platforms often feel cumbersome in terms of highlighting important information for businesses in this space.
Dive was created to help you plan something fun for the weekend or find a new happy hour to check out on your way home from work. Dive is intended to feel accessible to the business owner while creating an exciting experience for the user
ArtEtc.

A conceptual service aiming to provide people with a more intimate experience when viewing art through educating the viewer and therefore helping them see any given piece in a different way. The service is intended to be used by anyone who has interest in art and its history. ArtEtc. is made up of a website, application, and various publications that will accommodate a particular experience.
The publication featured here is an exploration through multiple art movements from the late-19th century to mid-20th century. While the book could be purchased separately, it would ideally be read along with experiencing the artworks in person at an exhibition put on by ArtEtc.
The Self

A conceptual book in the genre of philosophy and religion. More specifically, the books are a western interpretation of eastern ideas surrounding the topic of Zen Buddhism. These books were intended to have a contemporary feel while still paying homage to the history and culture that they are inspired by. The artwork on the cover is inspired by Zen garden patterns.
Muskegon Community College

A junior college located in Muskegon, Michigan. Muskegon Community College offers a high-level education at an affordable price to cater to a wide array of individuals. The look and feel of the rebrand is intended to make the school feel accessible to anyone while also maintaining a level of sophistication.
Aura Skincare

A line of skincare products marketed towards a female audience ages 18–24. Aura provides a product that uses high-quality ingredients at a reasonable price point. The design of the products is intended to evoke a warm, colorful ambience to catch the eye of a potential customer. Following a common format of a 3-piece set of facial products, the product line up you see is intended to be purchased and used together, creating an effective and comprehensive way to bring new customers into the world of Aura.
Sentient
2023
A conceptual skateboarding and lifestyle brand comprised of a brick-and-mortar and a magazine. Sentient was designed with teenagers and young adults in mind, ages 16-24. The sport of skateboarding has a strong relationship with the aesthetics that it perpetuates. As the sport has evolved so has this aesthetic, and while there will always be a rough-n-tough look associated with the sport, there has been a recent shift to a more simplified apporach to the visual appeal associated with the sport. Sentient magazine is a response to a change in look that the subculture has seen over recent years.
